With SubTrack's geofencing feature you can set allocated zones in which staff can clock in and out from - these locations can be different for every staff member every day. This ensures that staff are only clocking in from where they should be and it's easy to see whether they were on time or late. SubTrack allows administrators to set these protocols with full customisability, ensuring compliance before work begins and at the end of the day. This way staff cannot forget as they must complete basic health and safety tasks before being allowed to clock in or out.

Whilst Geofencing is a key feature of SubTrack, the software does not track the live locations of employees and as a result live location data is not accessible to anyone. Locations are only captured when staff attempt to clock in or out - if staff attempt clock in/out inside of a geofence then the clock-in will be successful but if a staff member clocks in/out from outside the geofence, administrators can see where the attempt was made from in order to either approve or deny it.
