Whilst Geofencing is a key feature of SubTrack, the software does not track the live locations of staff and as a result live location data is not accessible to anyone. Locations are only captured when staff attempt to clock in or out - if staff attempt to clock in/out inside of a geofence then the clock-in will be successful but if a staff member clocks in/out from outside the geofence, administrators can see where the attempt was made from in order to either approve or deny it.
